Nyko Warranty & Return Policy

Amazon Purchases

For products purchased through Amazon, all returns, refunds, and exchanges must be initiated and processed directly through the Amazon platform. To start your request, please log in to your Amazon account, navigate to "Your Orders," and follow the prompts for "Return or Replace Items" via the Amazon website or mobile app.

Nyko cannot directly process refunds or exchanges for items purchased on Amazon. However, if your product is outside of Amazon’s return window but still within our 90-Day Limited Warranty period, please contact our Customer Support team to discuss a warranty claim.

90-Day Limited Warranty

Nyko products are warranted to the original purchaser for 90 days from the date of purchase under normal, intended use.

  • Coverage: If a defect occurs, Nyko will repair or replace the product (or defective parts) at no charge.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please return the product with your original proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue to the address below.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns for a refund or exchange are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in "Like New" condition (unaltered and showing no signs of damage or abuse).
  • Exchanges Only: After 30 days, returns for refund are no longer accepted; however, items may still qualify for an exchange under the 90-day warranty.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Special orders, custom items, or products marked "Final Sale" in the description cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Customer Support immediately. We will provide a store credit or full refund for defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

How to Process Your Return

  • Contact Us First: You must notify us within 30 days of delivery before sending an item back.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return freight charges unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item).
  • Inspection: Refunds are contingent upon inspection once the item is received at our warehouse.

Regional Policy: Canada & Latin America

To provide the most efficient service while navigating current international shipping limitations, Nyko Technologies utilizes a localized return model for customers in Canada and Latin America.

  • Shipping Limitations: Please note that Nyko is unable to process direct shipments, repairs, or replacements to or from addresses within Canada or Latin America.
  • Point of Purchase Returns: All warranty claims, returns, or exchanges for products purchased through authorized retailers in these regions must be handled at the store or online marketplace where the item was originally bought.
  • Regional Support: We have established comprehensive agreements with our regional sales channels to ensure they can facilitate immediate exchanges or returns for any defective hardware.

Important: Please retain your original purchase receipt, as it is required by the local retailer or marketplace to process your claim.
