      1. 1. Why isn't my controller connecting to the Nintendo Switch?

        A new firmware update has been released which rectifies this issue.

        It can be downloaded along with the instructions on how to properly install the update via the resources section of this page.

      2. 2. What operating system supports the firmware update?

        It can be downloaded and installed via Windows PC.

      3. 3. Is the firmware update available for Mac OS too?

        A Mac OS version of the firmware update is currently unavailable. Right now it can only be downloaded and installed via Windows. We apologize for the inconvenience.
