Power Pak for Nintendo Switch™ Support FAQ

1. The console is not charging.
Make sure no debris is inside the Power Pak. Make sure you have the console completely seated in the Power Pak. Check the battery level of the Power Pak by pressing the battery button on the Power Pak. If the battery indication lights do not light up, it needs to be charged.
2. Do I need to remove the Power Pak when the console is finished charging?
No, the Power Pak will automatically stop charging when the battery is full.
3. Can I use the Power Pak with the dock included with the console?
No, you will need to remove the Power Pak if you wish to use the dock.
4. The integrated kickstand fell off.
You can easily reattach the kickstand back into the Power Pak. Just press the kickstand back into place, and it will “click” back into its proper position. The kickstand was designed to detach when too much force is applied.
