Charge Base for PlayStation®4 Support FAQ

  1. 1. How do I know my controllers are fully charged?

    While charging the controllers on the Charge Base, the indicator will light up and the orange light on the controller will light up. Once the controller is fully charged, the indicator will disappear on the Charge Base and the orange light will disappear.

  2. 2. One of my dongles works in both slots, but the other dongle does not. How do I go about getting replacements?

  3. 3. What does it mean when the icons on the front of the Charge Base are blinking?

    There is a possibility there might be an issue with the Charge Base, please contact customer support for further assistance. Customer support can be contacted here.

  4. 4. Can I use the charge dongle from the Modular Charge Station on the Charge base?

    No, the dongles used in the Charge Base are different from the ones used in the Modular Charge Station.
