Mr. Naghi graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Bio-Medical Engineering. Herschel began to enter the video game accessory industry while working at VCR repair shop where many customers brought in their NES for repairs. After realizing most repairs were due to a build-up of dust inside the NES, Herschel developed and patented a cleaning device for the NES, The Eliminator, which was one of the first patented video game accessory in America. Since, Herschel has spent the last 25+ years actively engineering new products, patenting technology and forming two successful accessory based companies with his crowning achievement being the formation of Nyko Technologies Inc. in 1996. Many of the innovations that have become standard in video game accessories today were developed at Nyko during Herschel's tenure.
